1. 专业教学团队Professional Faculty and Teaching Staff
我们聘请权威的教育教学人士担任学校顾问。著名的教学专家担任学科导师。中方教师均有区级以上教坛新秀荣誉及丰富教学经验的优秀骨干教师担任。外籍教师由美国巴斯图学校选派，教学经验丰富。聘请英语专业本科以上和海归硕士为主体的优秀教师担任助教。
We employ authoritative educationalists as school counselors and famous teaching experts as subject tutors. Chinese teachers are “the Most Promising Teachers” award winners who all have rich teaching experience. Foreign teachers are employed by Barstow School with rich teaching experience. Teaching assistants all hold English Bachelor or Master degrees with overseas education experience.

2. 中外合作教学Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education
与美国百年名校巴斯图学校开展课程教学合作：巴斯图学校选派教师，提供外方教材及教学资源，开设与巴斯图学校相同课程。
Ningbo Haishu Hanvos School is proud to have partnership with the Barstow School allowing student and teacher exchanges as well as academic collaboration. The Barstow School assigns prominent foreign teachers to Hanvos School and provides academic resources.

3. 先进教学模式Advanced Teaching Mode
实行小班化教育，班级规模控制在24人左右。班级管理三人组合，中方教师+外方教师+助教。教学设施可灵活组合，采用敞开式、小组学习等教学模式。
As the result of implementation of small class setting, Hanvos School has a low student-to-teacher ratio. Each class has one Chinese teacher, one foreign teacher and one TA. Within the classroom, we promote both individual and collaborative learning through designing particular arrangements of desks—either in interactive groups or in small groups.

4. 三维课程体系The three-dimensional Curriculum
国家课程以国家义务教育课程体系为核心，开足各科计划课程；英语课程引进美国原版教材，吸收西方优秀文化，融合人教版英语教学，纯英语授课量达到40%左右；国际课程辅以森林教育、营地教育、国际青少年志愿者等课程。
We follow the compulsory education project legislated by National Ministry of Education. We introduce some of the academic resources from The Barstow School, 40% of classes are taught in English by our foreign teachers. The international curriculum contains forest education, camp education and other international volunteer programs.
